Q. Who are Next Day ID?

Next Day ID is part of the LSL Group UK who have been selling ID cards since 1996. If its reliability and confidentiality is what you want then look no further!

Q. Do I need to backup my details with a birth certificate or other?

No, we do not require validation of your details; just fill in the online form with the details as required on your card.

Q. I noticed that the reverse of all cards contain terms and conditions?

All cards contain general conditions just like a passport or any other official ID card. The do not reduce the card authenticity or make them look false.

Q. Are your IDs legal to buy?

If they were not legal we would not sell them. Please see our terms page for information.

Q. How fast do you deliver?

Very fast! All order are shipped the day we receive them, 95% of UK order arrive the next day. Orders are always posted 1st class. For up to the minute international delivery times please check RoyalMail.com and your national postal provider.

Q. Are your cards effective?

Yes. Our cards display your information in a clear and logical manor making them quick and simple methods of identification.

Q. Do you ship globally?

Of course, we sell cards worldwide excluding the USA, Libya, Mexico, Nigeria, Iran, Iraq, North Korea.

Q. Do I need the holographic overlay?

No it is optional. Holographic overlays give your card an accredited look and also help protect the ID.

Q. Will you copy an official card?

We get asked this a lot and the answer is No. It would be illegal for use to copy these sort of cards.

Q. Can I send a non-passport type photo?

We prefer passport type photos as these look best once printed onto your card we will however accept any photo you provide. You photo will be returned.

Q. Can I pay by cheque, or postal order if ordering overseas?

Due to the fact that we sell internationally our payment system may seem a little complex. Here it is in brief: in UK sterling £ we can accept cheque, postal order or cash. We then only accept €uro, Australian and Canadian $ dollars in cash only. Sorry but we can not accept non-UK postal order or cheques. If you worried about sending cash we recommend using secure or registered post.
